How it works02 · Figuresp. 2 / 11

Every figure, with its page.

Revenue, EBITDA, headcount, contract terms: taken from the document and kept with the page, and for spreadsheets the cell. Margins and growth rates are computed, not guessed. Where two documents disagree, you see both.

Checked against your criteria.

Type the criteria you would check by hand. Each one gets a verdict and the page it rests on. Ask a question across all documents and get a table with sources. What is missing goes to the other side as one list.

How we work with AIp. 7 / 11

The best models, under rules they cannot break.

We build on frontier language models and we know exactly what they are good at: reading and writing. Everything that has to be right is done outside the model. The arithmetic is code. Every claim needs a page. You approve. That is why the numbers hold, and why you can put them in front of a client or a committee.

Rule 1
The model never calculates.

It copies figures from pages. Growth rates, margins and the standard KPIs are computed by ordinary code from those figures.

Rule 2
No page, no claim.

Every finding has to cite a page the model actually opened. Findings that do not are rejected before anyone sees them.

Rule 3
Empty beats guessed.

When a document does not support a figure, the field stays empty and is listed as missing. Nothing is filled to look complete.

Rule 4
You have the final word.

Every figure, sentence and slide can be edited. Nothing goes to a client or a committee until you approve it, and every correction is recorded with who made it and when.

Data securityp. 8 / 11

Stored in the EU, or not stored at all.

Three ways to run a deal. In none of them can anyone at Khumo open your documents, and in none of them do the models learn from them.

Default
Stored in the EU

Documents and results in a Frankfurt database under your organisation, so a company can be worked on over months. Deleted on request.

Session
Nothing stored

Documents are held in memory for the run and discarded when it ends. You keep the output.

On request
Your own cloud

The same system deployed into your AWS or Azure account, with the models in your region, under your keys.

What you get
  • Founding prices for 24 months from signing, then list price
  • Your corporate-design template and the pitch-phase workspace at no charge
  • Your requests first, and direct contact with the people who build the product
What we ask for
  • Real mandates or deals, and six to eight feedback sessions in the first year
  • Your logo on our website, a case study after the third mandate, up to four reference calls a year
  • For advisers: one closed deal, with the former client's consent, on which we compare our analysis with what the buyer's due diligence actually found

The terms apply to contracts signed by 31.03.2027 and run for 24 months from signing.
